“Superbe maison d’hôtes”

A magnificent view of the beautiful surrounding countryside from the large terrace and the pool. A very nice and large pool. A pleasant breakfast. A very large room. Proximity to the lovely town of Bevagna. The room’s décor and furniture are quite traditional, even a bit old‑fashioned, but that’s a matter of taste.

The house sits beautifully, and from the windows, terrace, and pool you get a stunning view of the valley and nearby towns. Breakfast is fantastic, very varied, made from fresh ingredients, and presented with great care. Having daily breakfasts on the terrace is a real pleasure. The hosts also provide good homemade wine and olive oil. It’s the perfect spot for a calm getaway. Everything was excellent.

If you’re looking for a place in Umbria with breathtaking views, outstanding hospitality, and local expertise, near lovely vineyards, charming medieval villages, and great Umbrian restaurants, this is it. Mary and Michael were incredibly welcoming and even shipped the wine we collected from the local vineyards back to the States. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on. The view from the room and the back porch was almost unreal, so beautiful. After spending four days in Rome, this was the ideal place to unwind. I strongly recommend staying here.

The panoramic position and nice pool are great. It’s convenient for exploring the surroundings. The breakfast needs improvement.
