Al Cavour 34, housed in a restored 16th‑century building in central Trento, sits just 50 m from the Cathedral and five minutes’ walk from the train station. Rooms feature flat‑screen TVs, free Wi‑Fi, and individually styled décor; bathrooms offer tubs, showers, and select spa baths. Guests enjoy a daily buffet with homemade cakes, cold cuts, and jams, while a nearby bus stop provides easy town access.

The location was super convenient, just a few meters from the city centre. Breakfast was adequate. The room was huge, clean and quiet. The breakfast lounge sits on the top floor (about 50 steep stairs without an elevator) of a private house, so the host had to help carry luggage at check‑in. Getting there was tough because the access road was closed for the weekly market. The impatient host expected excellent English and immediately asked for the guest card, which is only available on the phone.

The spot is great and spotlessly kept, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

A very friendly and homely B&B, with a quiet room despite its great position right in the old town. The breakfast was excellent and felt like a family gathering.

The staff were welcoming and the place was easy to handle, with a central location. The downside was that the bathroom could only be reached through the hallway.
