It was close to a pub for dinner, but the bathroom door kept sticking and the panel was peeling off; the furniture felt oddly heavy, like outdoor timber pieces.

“ok, but could be better”

The price and location were good, but the customer service was poor: the front desk was closed when I arrived, and after three calls I learned my booking had been given to someone else. I was on hold for a long time, and a staff member eventually told me someone would come to check me in, which was distressing because I had nowhere else to stay. The restaurant was advertised as open but was closed; I understand it was a long weekend, but if you accept bookings you need to be available.

No key drop off for early departure Contact mobile went to "full voice mail" message and no answer 3 times Open time 7am not attended until 7.15am

“We actually enjoyed the location and peacefulness of our stay in Kondinen”

The setting was very peaceful and historic, yet the TV reception was poor.
