The location is nice, right in the center of New‑Panvel. As a 64‑year‑old, it was hard for me to go up and down, but otherwise the stay was comfortable.

“Dovrebbero solo chiudere”

Il receptionist. Nessuna risp ai miei msg su Booking, nonostante sia scritto che la reception è aperta 24/24, non c’era nessuno al mio arrivo, il tel su booking non corretto, ho chiamato un altro numero, la persona non era felice di essere svegliata e neppure del mio arrivo e ho dovuto aspettare di notte mezz’ora per entrare. All arrivo mi danno una stanza che puzzava di chiuso con il bagno sporco. Mi cambiano in una stanza dove le lenzuola non erano state cambiate. Il peggio arriva alle 6.30 del mattino quando vengo svegliata bruscamente e mi viene detto di lasciare l hotel entro 10 min perché non potevano ospitare stranieri. Esperienza orribile! Gli ho detto di rimuoversi da e spero lo facciano

The room was pretty basic, but it got the job done. The cleanliness was alright, but I wouldn't say it was anything special. There were some issues with mosquitoes in the room, which got pretty bad after dark. The bathroom was the worst, though - it was like a mosquito breeding ground in there.

“Good and affordable stay”

The hotel was just okay. Nothing really stood out as being particularly good or bad. It was a decent place to rest my head, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to anyone.
