The location, parking availability, and easy access to the hotel were all positives. No negatives.

The breakfast was very good and the café staff were helpful, and I was able to pay extra to extend my checkout time. When I arrived, my room had been handed over to a later guest while I was traveling with a baby, whereas other guests had rooms for two adults. The front‑desk clerk noticed the mix‑up but did nothing; he stayed silent while a coworker seemed to be confronting him, yet she pretended not to notice. The room was filthy, and within less than 5 minutes my baby’s feet turned black from crawling on the dirty floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a baby.
