Treat Beach Resort

The property was in excellent shape and offered good value. The staff, however, needed to respond faster; rooms weren't set up automatically and we had to call housekeeping repeatedly. The AC was faulty and it took a while to get the staff to acknowledge the issue. Restaurant service was very good, staff were courteous, but the menu could use more variety.

Nothing positive. Everything was a problem: we were refused laundry service, denied a one‑hour late checkout, the food tasted awful, breakfast was the worst, and the plates were dirty.

The place was neat and clean, but the food was pricey, with a soda bottle costing 225.

The place sits in a solid spot and the resort itself is spotless. The reception, however, was unhelpful and demanded an extra fee for a child even after I confirmed that an extra bed wasn’t needed; I ended up paying 1500 + tax and never received the extra bed. The staff came off as arrogant and said they didn’t care about feedback.

“First and last”

The balcony offered a nice wall view, but the walls themselves had damp patches that looked awful. The food was just too pricey.
