Bed was so comfortable bed linen lovely . Stairs difficult in getting luggage up

Breakfast was very good, the room was bright and clean, though a more comfortable chair would help; the location is great, and if you’re not a strong walker it’s a short walk to everything in Boscastle. Nothing really?
