The location was fine, but the room we booked through Booking didn’t match what was shown in the app and they tried to sell us a different room; this caused a fight with staff over the air‑conditioned room we’d already booked.

The location was good, but there was no air conditioning, the room was scorching, windows offered no protection, and customer service was poor.

Only the location mattered; the rooms were unbearably hot, they charged $35 extra for AC control, the night‑shift receptionist was rude, and getting a TV remote cost $10 or you had to turn it on manually—no sleep at all, the rooms were scorching, and I’d like a refund if possible.

The location was fine, but there was no water, no electricity, the cleaning was terrible, and on a hot day it was unbearable to stay in the hotel.
