The staff were nice and the restaurant next to the apartment was good. Be cautious if you care about health or want to sleep; the walls are very thin and tree branches hit the wall and roof. We couldn’t sleep for three days. There were animals in the wall, and we kept hearing something running inside. Mold in the bathroom made it risky for health, and there was no light in the bathroom (perhaps to hide the mold). I’m not recommending this place.

“Estancia de un día para evento en el viñedo Santo Domingo.”

I was heading to an event at Viñedo Santo Domingo and the location was spot on, the staff were very friendly. But when I arrived the floor in my room, the kitchenette and the bathroom were wet, and later we spotted a leak in the sink that got fixed while we were still there.

“Me encantó!! Pero podemos mejorar en algunos detalles...”

The peace and facilities are amazing! The electric gate control is a great idea for independent entry and exit. Having a iron was a huge plus. The bath slippers are lovely. Unfortunately it rained during my stay and water seeped in through the door. The design is really nice, but the stairs to the bed are very dangerous, especially when going down. The first night the TV didn’t connect; I couldn’t use Netflix or any other platform, but it worked fine the next day. In the bathroom I found a small cockroach. In the shower the water takes a while to drain, leaving the floor a bit wet, and there’s a little dampness on the bathroom ceiling. Personally, I felt a small coffee sachet was missing for the coffee machine; tea was fine, but 1 or 2 coffee pods would have been great. I would have liked a full‑length mirror somewhere in the facilities.

“Tranquilidad, paz, bonito”

Everything was tidy and clean, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying tranquility, and everything was just fine.

I liked the location and it was easy to get there, but the facilities were much smaller than I expected, the room was a bit dirty, there was no light for most of the day, the pool was dirty, it smelled too much of chlorine, and it was much smaller than it looks in the photos.
