“Very disappointed”

I booked this Hampton because they’re usually reliable, but this one was under renovation—no pool, no ice maker except on the second floor, and the outside single doors from the parking lot never locked, which made me feel insecure. I would never have booked if I’d known it was being renovated, and I never saw anyone working on it. It’s overpriced and I’m very disappointed.

“great location; overall good”

The place was clean overall and the staff were friendly, but the pool and hot tub were shut down for repairs and the exercise room was disappointing.

Even with ongoing renovations, the hotel was quiet, clean, and within walking distance to town and the lake, and the room was spotless while breakfast was delicious.
