The spot is still good, just like last time, and it looks nicer at first glance. This time the room, billed as a double, is tiny and can't even fit two suitcases. The bathroom is a shower-in-a-bathtub combo, and the curtain sticks to the back—no one needs that for 200 €. Breakfast is again a hassle, and there's no Wi‑Fi; emails sent via Booking never get through.

The location in the spa centre is great, but the Pension Bäder feels like a 90s upgrade with a hot needle, and the contact is very impersonal. There's no Wi‑Fi info, and the operator family never shows up. The breakfast staff are helpful but the process is extremely cumbersome. The curtains, like everywhere in Bad Tölz, don't block light, so it stays bright even in summer mornings.

Sehr schön hergerichtetes , älteres Gästehaus. Modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer, auch Inhaber der Frisia Klinik war sehr freundlich und kümmert sich höchstpersönlich um die Belange seiner Gäste. Das Einchecken funktioniert ganz einfach mit Code über einen Schlüsselbriefkasten. Achtung! Das erste Frühstück sollte man vorab tel.buchen. Morgens von ca 6:30 Uhr bis 12 Uhr ist die Pension und Küche mit einer wahren Hausperle besetzt, welche sich sehr aufmerksam ums Frückstuck kümmert und gleichzeitig Anlaufpunkt für alle Anliegen rund ums Haus ist. sehr kleiner Flat TV und ungünstig ( rechts vom Bett) montiert
