Hitha Maldives - Omadhoo

We stayed here from 14 to 18 August. The rooms were clean and the excursions were well taken care of. After each activity you received plenty of photos. The guys were available all day and handled everything. The pre‑arrival communication was smooth. They arranged the boat transfer and picked you up from the boat. The location is right on the sea and close to Bikini Beach. We enjoyed a fun snorkeling trip and a whale‑shark excursion on a comfortable speedboat, with a tasty lunch afterward. We had a great time.

“Publicidad engañosa”

The breakfast, the room, and the tours were great, and they handled the transfer and payment smoothly. However, the photos on Booking show a beach that doesn’t exist; the island has changed and many beaches are gone, yet the pictures remain, so the advertising is misleading.

“Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in Omadhoo mit guter Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen”

The accommodation is close to Bikini Beach, a bar, and several good restaurants. The team is very helpful and reachable via WhatsApp. The rooms and breakfast are simple but decent. Unfortunately, our room was next to the water/wastewater pump, which ran sporadically at night, and the sheets had stains that didn’t wash out.

“Truly Loved Hitha!”

We loved staying with Hitha! The property’s location is perfect—anything on the island is within a 15‑minute walk. The rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting. Breakfast each morning was right outside the rooms, which we enjoyed. The staff were the real highlight: Fara went above and beyond to communicate and organize everything, and Ahmed and Adam were very helpful. The excursions with HITHA were the real experience; we appreciated their ethical approach to marine life and the fact that they send all drone and underwater footage from the tour, a big bonus if you lack equipment or skill. Highly recommend Hitha for a fantastic stay and experience on Omadhoo!

“Tolle Lage am Bikini Beach und nette Managerin!”

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Bikini Beach, opposite a public beach, with nearby shops and restaurants. The manager is very friendly, and we could borrow snorkeling gear and fins for free, which we liked a lot. Overall, the stay wasn’t as great as it could have been with a bit more comfort: towels and sheets had many stains that didn’t come out, the bathroom tap was loose, breakfast was somewhat Spartan, and the staff’s attitude and the overall experience felt a bit lackluster. With a few changes, the property could live up to its exterior promise.
