The room and bathroom were spacious, the building was clean, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. The central, quiet, and safe spot is great, and they offer a kettle, tea, coffee, brioche, crackers, and jam for breakfast. The large lounge with books and tourist brochures is a solid choice for sleeping in Venice.

The reception, Antonella’s kindness, the size and cleanliness of the room, the large original house, the little garden, the in‑room coffee, and the quiet yet convenient location—all were perfect. Nothing to complain about.

The place was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a 2‑3 day stay, but I learned that the owner prefers shoes left outside the apartment, even though plenty of slippers are provided.
