I arrived and there was no reservation under my name. The staff was confused and I had to wait while they sorted it out. It was a frustrating start.

The hotel is in a great spot and the lady was super friendly and always there to help. Everything I needed was taken care of. I really liked it.

The vibe is calm and quiet, which I liked. But it's a bit far from the basilica, which is a downside if you want to be close to the city.

It was a bad experience. I got a call saying the reservation price was wrong, they offered a higher rate and threatened to cancel if I didn't accept. It felt like misleading advertising. This is the first time this happened and it shouldn't happen.
