I had a great stay here - the place was clean and comfy, and the hot spring water was really good. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and I loved the free drink service. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I didn't really have any issues, everything was good!

I had a wonderful experience here - the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, the Onsen was incredible, and the food was fantastic, with authentic Japanese cuisine that really impressed me.

The food here was amazing, and I loved the beer torpedo pourer - staff were really great too, made our stay enjoyable.

The staff were really helpful, using a translation device to chat with us and explain everything about our room and meal services. Our premium room was huge, modern, and comfy, and the in-room meals were delicious - a bit too much food, to be honest!
