The room was clean and hygienic, yet it was cold and the TV and internet didn’t work. Even though the heating was on, it didn’t function properly and we slept in the cold all night.

I suffered a loss that hasn’t been calculated yet; a cobblestone was left at the hotel entrance and it damaged the front skirt of my car, especially the lower part. I couldn’t determine the extent of the damage. The accommodation and lack of care were disappointing.
