“Gut, im Grossen und Ganzen.”

The view, location and pool were great, but some things were outdated: broken towels, a dirty sofa and an under‑equipped kitchen.

“Hotel okey”

The hotel sat in a nice spot and the village of Schenna was great; the room was very clean and the breakfast staff friendly. However, the room was only “ok” – five adults shared a 5‑bedroom suite that included a parent’s room with a good bed, a child’s room with a double bed, and a pull‑out couch that was truly underground. The middle section was so sagging it almost hit the floor. The rest of the staff could use improvement, it felt like they had cut costs wherever possible.

“Ferien an einem interessanten, freundlichen Ort”

The location offered a phenomenal view, the breakfast buffet was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room had a kitchenette. Using public transport with the guest card was hassle‑free. On the downside, staff spoke little German, some pool umbrellas and loungers were broken, and the infrastructure felt a bit worn.

“Schöne ferien, kommen wieder ins südtirol”

The room was excellent and breakfast was very generous👍, yet the whirlpool didn’t reach 35 °C and the sauna was also too cold😢.
