The view was great, but everything else was highly disappointing; nothing else stood out, and the place was in a concerning state.

“Unreliable,unproffessionalism and unethical”

The view of this place online was seriously tempting, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. I booked a night and paid three days before Christmas, expecting a relaxing break, but on Christmas Day, I got a call saying they were fully booked. It's hard to understand why they didn't notice this earlier, especially when I'd already paid. It was a huge inconvenience, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

To be honest, the location of this hotel was a major letdown - it was a long way from the city center and not exactly the most pleasant area to be in. That's about the only thing I can say, as the rest of my stay was uneventful.
