The staff greeted us warmly and the hotel sits in a convenient spot, but the room was cramped, offered no view, and water wasn’t free.

The cleanliness was disappointing, there was no water or coffee at all.

The location is great, close to tram T1 and full of cafés and restaurants, the staff is friendly, and the sheets and towels are clean, offering good value for the price. However, the room felt worn and dirty; the bathroom had a lot of mold, a yellowish toilet rim from age, and old yellow towels (though still clean). The floor and surfaces were filthy, and the room lacked a toothbrush set—buying one was impossible, so they suggested going to a shop. There was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room.

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the tram, but it was very noisy at night and there was no water bottle in the room.
