The staff’s service was very good. It was disappointing that you couldn’t see the outside scenery from the hot spring.

I had a great time at the onsen, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my visit.

We were assigned a mountain‑side room instead of the sea‑view one we booked, and when we pointed out the mismatch they said it was a booking restriction and that no other rooms were free; eventually we got the room we wanted, but the whole episode left a disappointing impression.
