The staff were friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The linens were dirty, the bathroom was a mess, the towels were so rough you’d be afraid to use them, there were kitchen crumbs in the room and a bad smell, totally not airy.

The cleanliness really blew me away – everything was spot‑clean and organized, and if I ever come back to Sibiu I’d definitely want to stay here again.
