The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious, and the overall vibe was welcoming, though everything else was fine.

The location is great because we were at the Friedrichstadtpalast, and many other sights are also within walking distance; the breakfast was very good and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was fantastic.
