There’s a small terrace with a sofa and table that’s very comfortable, plus a fridge stocked with cool drinks from the house—great for these hot days.

The room is in the town centre of the Assisi district, a convenient spot for public transport, close to a McDonald’s and the Santa Maria Degli Angeli church. Overall, we were happy with the location and the lady who welcomed us, although the room is a bit small; the bathroom was very comfortable. Nothing else negative.

Located right in front of the Assisi station, handy for train arrivals, and very close to Santa Maria degli Angeli. The only downside was the stairs, which were a bit inconvenient for us with a stroller, but we got used to it and it wasn’t a problem.

The room was very clean and well‑kept. It’s near the station, the bus stop for Assisi, and the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, making travel easy.
