The staff were really friendly and helpful, but that's about all I can say - I don't have any other positives or negatives.

We had our car parked at the hotel, but when we went to pick it up, we were shocked to see that the roof had been damaged by a brick thrown from the hotel roof - it was a real mess and cost us a lot to fix. The hotel staff basically just shrugged it off, saying that kind of thing can happen on their premises, and refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, our room was a letdown too - the geiser and AC weren't working, and the bathroom window was broken.

Honestly, there was nothing good about this hotel - the food, cleanliness, service, and location were all a disappointment. It was like they didn't even try. I'm surprised that SBI has a partnership with them, it's just a waste of money on their staff's welfare. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
