“Service was bad”

The room was roomy and the subway was close, which made commuting in Busan convenient, but the place feels rundown—especially the floor—and they only offer hand towels, not bath towels. We arrived in Seoul at 6 am and asked if an early check‑in could be arranged because we were exhausted from traveling; the response was simply “no way,” which was very rude. The official check‑in time was 4 pm, and by then the room still wasn’t ready, so we waited almost an hour for it. Very disappointed.

“Mal”

Everything was filthy—like nothing had been cleaned at all—and the staff weren’t very friendly. I didn’t like it at all and will never return.

“最高　夜景が綺麗”

釜山駅近く周りに飲食店、コンビニもあり 何より釜山港が近くだったので，こちらのホテルを選びました。両親も又ここに来たいと、言っていました。行きは飛行機、帰りは豪華客船コスタ〜神戸港に今回うまい事停泊があったのとても良かったです。スタッフの方もとても親切でしたチェックインも、早かったのですが荷物もあづけて、観光ゆっくりできました。 정말 고마워요. 良くなかった事は，無いです

“駅近の便利な宿”

The station is close, so I could drop off my luggage and head out to see the sights; the window offers a view of the sea, there's a bathtub that helps me unwind, and the room is spacious with two beds. However, the bathtub is a bit cramped, and being on the 7th floor means the view isn’t that spectacular.
