Good breakfast and super staff, but the rooms were very worn out, smelled like cigarette smoke, and some equipment was missing.

The rooms were quiet despite the location, the staff were friendly and helpful, the equipment was great, and the location was superb—central and surrounded by greenery, with Westfalenpark right outside the door and the subway just a few meters away; the breakfast buffet was excellent. The TVs lacked remote display, Netflix, and Prime, which was a painful omission; the windows could be better insulated—there’s room for improvement; more hooks on the walls and in the bathroom would be nice; overall, everything else was just small details.

Everything was good, and I was especially impressed with the reception staff—they were very helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The restaurant was a major disappointment and did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel; the service and overall experience could be significantly improved, so I would strongly suggest reviewing the restaurant’s management and considering changes to improve the quality and service.

Super personál, čistota, dobre fungujúci hotel. Výhodná poloha blízko vystaviska Westfalenhallen. Už poznať zub času na zariadení izby, avšak čistota prevýšila malé nedostatky
