The staff were welcoming, but the furnishings were low quality.

I ran into a room issue—something that can happen—and it got sorted out. The only downside was having to park about 700 metres from the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, typical of Romagna, and the breakfast was excellent (not included in the booking price but bookable on site at a reasonable rate). The cakes and brioche were superb, and there were also several savory options. Coffee and cappuccino were available via a self‑serve machine.
