The location in Osaka is superb, and the room has everything you need. Communication was very difficult; we couldn’t find the bath towels and received no response.

“コスパのいい泊まりやすい宿。”

Getting a room at this price with these conditions was a win. Even though it’s on the 4th floor, having an elevator was convenient. The train access is handy, about a 10‑minute walk to two lines. The fridge is large and helpful. Check‑in was easy, and the key‑lock was clear. The bed and futon options made it easy for multiple guests to stay. The lack of a shower curtain in the unit bath was inconvenient.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable for a family with one child. It’s a self‑service hotel, but everything is facilitated.

“もう泊まらないホテルです。勉強にはなりました。”

The room is large with plenty of bedding. However, it’s just awful—seems to smell like sewage, and I felt I might get sick depending on the condition. During my stay, the kitchen faucet was broken, making it unusable and very inconvenient. I thought a kitchen was a plus, so I probably should have chosen another hotel. Staff weren’t on site and rarely answered the phone. The key‑unlock method was unique and confusing at first.

The room wasn’t very clean; dust covered many places and it had a strong smoke smell even though it was a non‑smoking room. We turned on the AC to mask the odor, but it made the smell even worse.
