The staff are friendly.

The location is near the train station and the university. The building is nice and well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room isn’t well sound‑proofed, and you can hear a lot of noise from both the street and the hallway.

It’s pretty, clean and has all the amenities. The area isn’t very safe and was poorly lit; arriving at night felt a bit scary.
