The location is good. The room has no air conditioning and the overall cleanliness is terrible.

We appreciated the large room and the very convenient location. The bathroom is tiny—no space to lay anything out—and the door doesn’t lock. To make matters worse, the owner didn’t intervene while other guests blasted music and shouted from the balcony all night.
It’s close to the main avenue. There is no reception, no staff, and the parking access is bad.
