The check‑in system let me kick off my shoes and feel as relaxed as if I were barefoot at home, but the receptionist spoke so quickly that I, being unfamiliar, struggled to catch everything and felt a bit uneasy; I had to ask them to repeat themselves, yet they eventually got me settled for the night.

The spot was excellent and when I needed to change my dates the staff handled the paperwork sincerely and cheerfully, which let me enjoy the rest of my stay, thank you; it might have been even better if they offered a Western‑style set menu alongside the Japanese one.
