Only the location was good. The experience was very disappointing and not what was advertised. I chose this place mainly because the listing promised private parking/garage, but after arrival I was directed to a separate private garage about 10 minutes away and asked to pay an extra €15. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the air conditioning was non‑functional, and the balcony lights were out. Inside the apartment I had little or no mobile signal, which made the lack of Wi‑Fi even worse. The balcony/view didn’t match the listing photos, and the veranda was dirty with dust, leaves, and dirt. Breakfast was just a cornetto and cappuccino at a bar. I reported the Wi‑Fi and AC problems to the property and gave them a chance to fix them, but the main issues remained unresolved during my stay. I was traveling with my wife and young child, so moving to another accommodation late at night was not practical. I have photos, videos, screenshots of the listing, and written communication documenting the issues. For me, this is not just about the €120 I paid; guests should be able to rely on the facilities and information advertised when choosing and paying for accommodation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot give this stay more than 1/10.
