Palms La Union Beachfront Suites

I went to celebrate my birthday only to find out after arriving that the air‑con in my room needed fixing and they couldn’t accommodate me. They offered me another place to transfer to, but I didn’t like it because I’d paid for a sea view. A month later, I’m still waiting for a refund.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Palms La Union Beachfront Suites! The place is cozy, clean, and genuinely relaxing. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Extra services were appreciated, making the stay more convenient and comfortable. Overall, we felt very welcomed and will definitely return!

“We will definitely come back! We love it here :)”

The property is clean and offers a nice view of the beach and the sunrise/sunset. We could relax away from the crowds. There’s a common lounge where you can eat, relax, and take a dip in the pool. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and attentive—everyone is welcoming! We’ll definitely come back. :) Thank you!

The newer building was well kept, the staff were friendly, and I’ll definitely return.

The pool and café were great, the view was very nice, the pool was very clean, the aircon worked well, and the room was clean; I wish there was an elevator because my mother uses a wheelchair, and I also missed the restaurant.
