⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Palace Inn Blue Federal Road blew us away from the instant we stepped in; my wife and I felt truly welcomed, the place was immaculate, quiet, cozy, and impeccably kept, making it one of the top spots on our trip. What really set it apart was the outstanding service: Kenny was professional, friendly, respectful, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our visit, and his colleague the next day was just as remarkable. Knowing we’d traveled far, he kindly let us stay a bit longer before checkout, a gesture we deeply appreciated and that showed real care. It’s rare to meet staff who treat guests with such kindness, professionalism, and respect; both men are a huge asset to the hotel. Thanks for making our visit so pleasant—when we return to the area, Palace Inn Blue Federal Road will be our first choice again. Highly recommended!
