The staff were pleasant, the bed was comfortable and clean, but the hotel was very old. The carpet in the room had stains in several spots and the whole place had an old‑smell.
The room rate was reasonable and really helpful. Nothing else to note.
The hotel sits relatively close to the station, but the fixtures are far too old; the shower hose was torn and the water never reached a comfortable temperature.

The front desk staff and the morning housekeeping crew greeted me politely and naturally, and even though the building isn’t brand‑new, I still managed to have a fairly comfortable stay. The locker door wouldn’t latch properly and could use repair, and the toilet and shower show signs of wear, which is understandable given their age.

It was the cheapest rate on the first day of the three‑day holiday, and the monorail station was the closest, while the Keisei Chiba‑Chuo station was within easy walking distance, making the location convenient. The bathroom shower required you to balance hot and cold water separately, and the corridors and overall facility gave off a slightly dated feel.
