The staff are friendly and attentive, and the facilities are convenient and useful. No complaints.

The hotel is very well situated in the middle of the old town, extremely clean, with a very welcoming and discreet staff who work efficiently. One small issue: the rooms are overloaded with everyday accessories. The breakfast is a bit simple, but the breakfast area is tiny and the clientele is not large, so it is more than enough.

Unfortunately, our room lacked windows, which made it feel claustrophobic. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the humidity, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

I was really impressed with the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, the ongoing renovations right next to our room were quite a nuisance, disrupting our sleep at random times.
