Hotel deslumbrante na Avenida Paulista

The location is very good near Avinda Paulista, which is the downtown. The furniture and room are quite old. I booked on 17th of July and my travel date was 25 July and I paid on 17th July; upon traveling almost 24 hours later the receptionist told me I don’t have a booking, the third party was not confirmed yet, then we tried to call the number from the United States of America, and he responded to me but it was too late – a very bad check‑in experience.

“Não me hospedaria novamente”

Having stayed at the hotel before, the apartment was a bit lacking. The apartment was a bit dirty – a broom would have solved it. Both windows only had half the blackout, which is bad. There were no outlets next to the bed. The sheets were clean, but the duvet was dirty and had stains, as did one bath towel. The face towel was shedding “hair”. Only a trash can in the bathroom. There was a sponge, but no soap or detergent. Overall, the apartment lacked maintenance on the furniture. The wardrobe glass was broken. The MDF window frame was poor. No blackout. There is a phone for hotel communication, but it’s not installed. The service might be confused. We were told we could use room service, and the apartment instructions were on paper, but there was no communication. The fire alarm rang a few times and there was no way to contact reception. The bed was good, the shower was good.

The location is good. There are no outlets at the head of the bed.

The hotel's prime position and attentive staff were definite highlights, although a minor issue with the television's cable marred the experience.

Unfortunately, the hotel's convenient location was overshadowed by a slow and cumbersome check-in process, and the room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.
