The hotel’s facilities, service and especially the food were outstanding—after staying at two ultra‑luxury spots in Sri Lanka and sampling the top 50 Asian dishes, this place’s cuisine was the best. Before arriving, however, the experience was disastrous: no pre‑contact was made for a hotel of this price, a national park zone was closed forcing a one‑hour detour that nobody warned me about, and the phone listed on Booking wasn’t answered at all. Despite that rocky start, the stay itself turned into a perfect miracle that completely erased the bad first impression.

“מלון מושלם, מומלץ מאוד”

We’re a couple with two teenagers, and they upgraded one of our rooms so we could all stay in the same villa; the staff were lovely and even cleaned the rooms twice a day. The rooms, the pool, the whole complex were all top‑level, and we’re sad we couldn’t stay longer. There were no negatives—this place is perfect.

It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time: the location, the staff, the food—all were perfect. Anyone traveling to Sri Lanka should definitely book here for at least two nights.
