Everything was perfect—location, owner, view, and the many nearby restaurants. I liked it and will come back. Nothing negative.

“Excellent property all around”

The location was excellent and close to many key sites and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered an amazing view of the river. The staff was absolutely great, very helpful and informative about navigating and enjoying Ayutthaya. Every suggestion they gave turned out to be perfect, and I will definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and fully equipped. The location is close to sites, easily accessible by bike or Grab. Evening relaxation with a river view. The masseuse who runs a shop at the entrance is very good.

We were thrilled with the warm welcome, the two days we spent there, and the tuk‑tuk arranged to take us to the hotel and later to the temple tours.

“Superb”

The place is fantastic and the spot is unbeatable. The host—who other guests rave about—was incredibly cheerful and helpful, offering us free coffee when we arrived, arranging a boat and train ticket, and even helping us coordinate with the massage lady. We stayed in the terrace room, and the view was spectacular! The hotel was spotless, though I wish there had been a kettle in the room. I’ll definitely return.
