I didn’t use the hotel. My key card wouldn’t work, so I had to make two trips to the front desk for help. The front desk clerk was great, even though I was frustrated. The ice machine on my floor was broken.

The hotel is conveniently located right off I‑95. It looked a bit rundown, though.

Breakfast was good. There was no parking fee, but the facility seemed old and could use a cleaner.

The breakfast was fine. The pool had been closed for a year, which was the sole reason we booked here because it was hot and we wanted outdoor pool time. The Chatham County Health Department shut it down in July 2025 for non‑compliance, so the advertising was misleading and Hilton let it remain unaddressed for a year. There were signs for vending and an ice machine, but neither was available.
