The reception and location were solid, but the room had a strong damp and mildew odor mixed with sweat, making the stay unpleasant. The issue seems to stem from poor ventilation, as the large windows—though beautiful—cannot be opened. The carpet also holds onto smells, worsening the problem. It’s a shame because the property has good potential, yet this aspect seriously undermines comfort.

The room was very comfortable with access to the lounge and excellent bedding. Please consider installing slightly newer TVs.

“Pretty good for a short stay; easy to walk up and down Soi 11 without trouble. 7-11 very near.”

Breakfast at the Sky Lounge was fresh and paired with hot coffee, and room service was excellent with tasty food. The concierge handled check‑in quickly and was very helpful, speaking English fluently. Showers were reliably hot or cold. The only downside was the carpet’s musty scent, which could have been removed with a steam clean; otherwise the room was fine.
