“Decent stay for the value but still a big nope!”

The front desk team were all very sweet and friendly, but the property feels super outdated and the whole hotel carries a strong marijuana scent that my partner found off-putting. The lobby elevator was down, which was a bummer even though the lobby looked pretty. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t reinvested in itself for a long time, so while it has potential it misses the point of hospitality. When I entered my room I was pleasantly surprised by its size, yet it was still very outdated. The office‑style living area had a nice layout but no TV, just a stand with a cable poking out, and the couch was very old and not very comfortable, though it was still a place to sit. There were many lamps and furniture pieces, about 10 Chanel’s, and the TV made everything look like it’s from the 90s—a weird vibe I kind of liked, but I know others won’t. The bathroom tiles were cracked, mismatched, and slick; the shower curtain was stuck up and missing loops; drywall was missing around the light switch; stickers from a past era and glitter glue were on some furniture and the carpet. The curtain in the bed area was slightly detached and there was no comforter—just a sham, which was my biggest complaint. I won’t return until major updates are made. It’s decent for the price, but don’t expect much.

“The price wasn't bad.The location was good. But that hotel needs some renovations bad.”

The location is very nice because it’s right where everything is. However, a roach was on the wall, the room door wouldn’t lock when we tried to live, and it was hot because there was no air conditioning when we first arrived. The elevators didn’t work, so we had to use the stairs, and the ironing board kept falling over. There were lots of cracks.

“False advertisement online, not notifying customers that the laundry room didn't work or elevators.”

Grasshoppers were everywhere, so I had to move rooms because bugs were flying around in the room. There was no elevator, so I had to constantly walk up flights of stairs.

The AC worked well, but the blankets had burn holes, the room didn’t look very clean, and the plumbing was messed up.
