The service was excellent, the facilities were very good, and the food was top‑class. The beach was tiny and had some seaweed.

Very clean. The staff are great and accommodating. The mosquitoes were a nuisance, and the beach wasn’t much.

What really stood out was the staff’s care; staying in “The Reserve” felt truly special. The facilities looked premium and always clean—fish, sculptures, gym, rooms. The food was great, mostly à la carte, with luxury restaurants prepared by chefs. Rooms were cleaned twice daily and room service was available almost 24 hours. There were many pools, snack areas, and a beautiful spa. The hotel could use more common leisure spaces like a casino or club (daily activities exist but at very specific times, like dance or painting). The beach area, especially in “The Reserve,” was very small and, during the season, had some seaweed. From my perspective, there were no shops (sometimes you want chips) and no pharmacy. A map of external services marking such shops or ATMs would help.
