Breakfast was good and the bed was great, but the HI Express was hard to locate and reach. The location is terrible, forcing me to navigate through a parking lot surrounded by construction on both sides and a strip mall. The hotel sits behind the strip mall and construction sites. A new location away from the strip mall would make parking easier, and the price should have been lower given the inconvenience.

We were visiting family and the hotel’s location was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and comfortable the lobby and room were. There was nothing to dislike.

The front‑desk lady was kind and helpful at check‑in. The room was clean, comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. I liked the walk‑in shower, and the breakfast was good too. I loved everything, though it felt a bit pricey for such a short stay.
