We had a fantastic stay, and a huge thank you to Ahmet and Yaren for their kindness and professionalism; they went above and beyond until the end and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport! The view of the city and historic monuments from our room was unbeatable, the real highlight of the hotel. The downside was that it was fairly noisy at night, even though the room was on the 9th floor and had double‑glazed windows.

Ahmet, Yaren, and Utku were the best staff; they helped us a lot and we’re definitely coming back soon.
