The cleanliness is definitely very good; we stayed 4 days and they offered mid‑stay cleaning. The whole room, including the bathroom, was very clean. There’s a small fridge that leaves a 1 L water bottle, which is appreciated. The TV is smart, the air‑conditioning cools well, and I had no trouble adjusting the shower water. The place is highly recommended, especially since it’s about 8 minutes walking from the station, and there are excellent restaurants and bars right outside the building. We didn’t need to spend a fortune eating in the city center when we could eat right next to the accommodation. The metro is 5 minutes away and bus stops are on the corner; it’s well connected by public transport. I recommend this place, I felt I made the right choice after seeing other people’s experiences with other accommodations and expecting the worst, but this one is definitely very good. The host is very attentive; the communication is either Italian or English, no Spanish, but we managed to understand each other. The building is on the 5th floor and has an elevator, which works well even though it’s a bit small. The room was 102 and the bed was hard; we felt we hadn’t slept well when we got home and touched the bed. The air‑conditioning, while it cools well when turned on, makes a horrible noise that makes it hard to fall asleep, though it stops by morning and didn’t affect me. The elevator is a bit narrow, so people with large luggage might need to take an extra lift. The host only speaks English or Italian, which made it difficult to understand his instructions on the intercom; I don’t speak much English, and having to understand through an intercom is too much for me, but in the end it worked out. I think the idea is that you go down to receive and explain, but the elevator’s size explains why he didn’t go down (we saw two Asian guests struggling to find the floor number because they couldn’t communicate with the host, and it took a long time to get the exact reference; they had to go up the wrong elevator, then go back down with big bags). Inside the building there are 2 stairways and 2 elevators that go to 2 different buildings. This is just a negative point, and if they fix the bed and the air‑conditioning noise, the place would be 10/10, but everything else is very good, good value for money, and I recommend trying the restaurants in front or below the building – I won’t regret it. Everything else is perfect, very clean and attentive. I would definitely come back.
