“Lovely hotel staff helpful amazing location”

The spot was lovely and the room was amazing, food was good and staff were helpful, but on my 60th birthday nobody wished me happy birthday or acknowledged it was a special day; my daughter made up for it with a cake and balloons, but it wasn’t a great place to celebrate; the lady who booked said we would be taken care of, so I was disappointed; single beds were uncomfortable too.

“Great stay in lovely location.”

The room was lovely and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. However, there were a few dirty spots in the room and the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied daily.

The hotel was well run, the staff were very helpful, cleanliness was excellent, and breakfast was good, making it the most enjoyable stay. I wasn’t a fan of the dogs that stayed there.

I attended the BS wake, which was exceptional, and there was nothing negative to mention.

“Great food - & drink but expensive”

The location is great and the bar is nice, but it gets overrun with walk‑in customers. It’s expensive for what it offers.
