“Agradable pero podría mejorar”
Good location, clean and pleasant pool. The facilities are under construction.

When I arrived, there was no electricity; the staff kindly suggested I look for another place.
The front desk and kitchen staff were friendly, but other guests made too much noise at night, making it impossible to sleep.
Daytime staff service was lacking, but at night everyone was super accessible.
The experience was terrible, absolutely terrible.
