朝食良かったです、エレベーター早くて良い。 ゆっくり休めて良かったです。. バスタブ掃除されてない、汚なかった。 トイレットペーパーが残り少ないのなら、１つ替えのを置いといと欲しい。

Upgraded to a double room and was able to relax. I would have liked a richer breakfast. The town of Ueda was lovely, so it was a bit disappointing.

Clean, comfortable, and there are many places to eat. The single elevator made wait times in the busy morning hours frustrating. When checking in and out at the kiosk, a small glitch and having to line up behind me felt a bit stressful.
