“It was a terrible hotel do not stay here”

The room was kept hot and the temperature control was broken, so the AC didn’t work at all; the window had no screen. When we complained, the front desk staff basically told us it was up to us. The hotel is poorly run and maintenance was lacking. I paid for a suite with a tub, but the jets didn’t work and the tub itself was disgusting.

“never again”

The first room I was assigned to smelled like an ash tray. The next one I was in had a barking dog. At breakfast, I believe it is a hotel for homeless people.

“Worst experience i have ever had in a hotel”

After driving 500 miles, the room was a total mess and the shower wasn’t cleaned. I had a meeting at 6 pm and couldn’t shower. I’ll never stay at a Wyndham again. Smokers were outside the back door, and it felt like I’d smoked a pack of cigarettes walking past them.

The room was nice and spacious, and the included toiletries were a wonderful touch; the breakfast option was minimal but appreciated. The front desk guy didn’t know how to check the message my wife sent about me staying, so I had to bother her while she was recovering from major surgery. The building is actually two hotels; ours was on the backside, but there are only four doors to enter, so we had to walk a long way to find our room. On the first morning the fire alarm went off at 6:15 am, jolting us out of bed. As my daughter and I exited, another guest told us it was just a guy smoking in the hallway, a problem that happens all the time. When I talked to the front desk clerk, he acted like it was no big deal. The exact same thing happened the next morning around 7:30 am; this time the front desk said it was from burnt toast in someone’s toaster on the 5th floor. Why do all the alarms go off for a toaster? I asked for a late check‑out because my sleep was again interrupted and I had a 9‑hour drive to make. The answer was yes for $20 extra! You have to be kidding me. Never again!

“The convenient and disgusting”

The location was convenient. The hotel was disgusting. There was peeling paint, water damage on the walls, mold in the shower, burn holes in both comforters. We honestly were unsure if the room was previously cleaned or not. There were lotion smears on the table in the room, the curtains didn't fit the windows. Honestly if it wasn't 130 in the morning and we didn't have to be on the road again by 6am we would not have stayed there. It was the most disgusting hotel room we've ever stayed in
